International One UP is a high-performance, single-component primer-undercoat, designed for use above the waterline on wood, steel, aluminium, and GRP. It offers excellent adhesion, build, and flow, making it the ideal base for finishing with one-pack topcoats such as Toplac Plus or Interlux Brightside.
